What people ask before they pick a garment

What if the garment we need is not on this list?
Ask anyway. Blanks come from NZ wholesalers and the range behind them is much wider than twelve pages, so what is on these pages is a starting point rather than a boundary. Tell us what you are after when you request a quote and we will come back with what is available and what it will look like decorated.
Can you decorate garments we already have?
Yes. You can supply your own garments and we will decorate them, or we can supply the gear and decorate it. If you are supplying, send one through first where you can — fabric and construction change what a logo does on a garment, and it is better to find that out on one than on fifty.
How long does an order take?
Typically 5–21 working days from artwork approval. Simple reorders where your logo is already set up and the garments are in stock sit at the fast end; new artwork, unusual garments or anything we have to bring in specially sit at the slow end. If you need it faster than that, say so at the quote stage rather than after — sometimes we can, often we cannot, and we would rather be straight with you.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One garment is a real order and we will quote it. A very small order does carry a handling charge, shown on the quote, because the setup work is the same whether it is one garment or fifty — and the price per garment comes down as the run gets bigger.
How is a quote priced?
One price per garment per size run, with the decoration included, so you can see what each garment actually costs you. GST and freight are their own lines. There is also a setup charge if we have not already set your logo up at that size — one setup covers your garments at the same logo size, so polos and work shirts share it, while caps stitch differently and need their own. A reorder of the same gear never pays setup again.
Can we come and see the garments first?
No — there is no shop to visit and we do not take walk-ins. Everything leaves by courier, Auckland included. If you want to see and feel a garment before committing to a run, ask for a sample at the quote stage and we will courier one out. A sample is charged as a one-garment order, so the small-order handling charge applies and it costs more per garment than the run will.
