NZ-wide delivery
Work uniforms NZ-wide, decorated in Auckland
We decorate in one workshop on Auckland’s North Shore and courier from there, so a business in Dunedin orders the same way a business in Devonport does. Embroidery is stitched in-house, heat transfers are pressed in-house, and the finished gear goes out by courier the day it is packed.
Decorated in Glenfield, couriered nationwide — Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.
Orders go out to
- Auckland
- Hamilton
- Tauranga
- Wellington
- Christchurch
- Dunedin
- Invercargill
And everywhere in between, rural addresses included.
How it works
What NZ-wide delivery actually changes
The courier leg is the only part of the job your address affects.
Custom clothing for NZ businesses is the same job whether it is headed for Takapuna or Timaru — decorating happens in Glenfield either way. Being outside Auckland does not change the garment range, the decoration, the proofing step or what you pay for the work. It adds a courier leg on the end. That is the honest version, and it is why we do not run city branches.
Turnaround is the same everywhere
Roughly 5–21 working days from artwork approval, wherever you are. Simple reorders with stock on hand sit at the short end; new or complex jobs at the long one.
Then one to three days on the road
North Island metro is usually next working day once the parcel leaves us. South Island and rural addresses run a day or two longer, and we will say so at quote time rather than after.
Tracked, and packed as one order
Everything for a job ships together with a tracking number, so a site manager in Invercargill is not chasing four separate parcels.
If you need gear in your hands this week, we are probably not your best bet — decorating takes the time it takes, and the courier leg sits on top of it. Say so when you ask and we will tell you straight whether the date is doable.
Two decoration methods
Both methods, from one workshop
Custom uniforms NZ-wide, work clothes for NZ crews, club gear — it all comes off the same two machines. Which one suits your logo is a garment-and-artwork question, not a location one. Read the detail on whichever fits, or ask and we will tell you which we would use.
Two ways to start
Ready to kit out the team?
Most quotes go back the same business day. There is no obligation and no minimum order.
Or call 021 082 12843 — Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.
What happens next
- 1. You send rough numbers and what the team does.
- 2. We come back with garment options and a price per garment, decoration included, usually the same business day.
- 3. Once you go ahead, we confirm logo size and placement in writing before anything is decorated.
What we decorate
Gear we send around the country
Blanks come from the New Zealand workwear brands your team already knows. Work shirts for NZ trades, team uniforms for NZ clubs, one piece or five hundred — the process does not change.
Where we deliver
Every main centre, and everywhere between
Getting decent work wear in NZ should not depend on the town you are in. We courier New Zealand work wear and branded gear to every region, including the rural addresses a surcharge usually lands on.
Uniform runs across NZ, Auckland to Invercargill, leave the same bench on the same schedule. We are not in those cities and we do not pretend to be — there is one workshop, and the courier does the distance.
Auckland orders go out by courier the same way, so the only thing your address changes is how long the last leg takes. The regional detail sits on the Auckland hub.
Questions
Delivery questions we get asked
If yours is not here, ask when you request a quote and you will get a straight answer.
Do you deliver outside Auckland?
Yes — we courier right across New Zealand, North Island and South Island, including rural addresses. We decorate in Glenfield on Auckland’s North Shore and everything ships from there with tracking. There is no surcharge for being outside Auckland; the courier cost is shown on your quote as its own line.
How much longer does it take if I am not in Auckland?
The decorating itself takes about 5–21 working days from artwork approval wherever the order is going. On top of that, North Island metro is usually next working day once the parcel leaves us, and South Island or rural addresses are typically one to two days longer. If you have a fixed date, tell us at quote time and we will say plainly whether it is achievable.
What does branded workwear cost in NZ?
Every job is quoted, so there are no prices published here. Four things move the number: the garment you choose, whether the logo is embroidered or printed, how many pieces you order, and a one-time setup if we have not already set your logo up at that size. That setup is charged once and kept on record, so reorders of the same gear skip it. Larger runs bring the per-unit figure down. Send rough numbers and you will get a price per garment back, usually the same business day.
Is there a minimum order, and do you do bulk uniform pricing?
No minimum — one custom shirt sent anywhere in NZ is a real order, and so is five hundred. Bulk uniform pricing for NZ teams does improve with quantity, so if you are weighing up ordering for the whole team at once versus in batches, ask for both on the same quote and compare them side by side. A very small order carries a handling charge, because the setup work behind a job is much the same whether it covers one garment or fifty; the charge is shown on the quote.
Can you supply the garments, or do I have to send my own?
Either. We source blanks from clothing suppliers here in NZ and decorate them, which is what most customers want. You can also send garments you already have and we will decorate those — worth saying up front if they are unusual fabrics, because not everything takes a heat transfer.
Do you have a branch in my city?
No. There is one workshop, in Auckland, and it is owner-operated — that is the whole business. Anyone advertising a branch in every main centre is usually running the same model with a nicer map. What you get instead is one point of contact who knows your job, and a courier leg on the end of it.
We reorder every year for new staff. Does that work from out of town?
That is most of what we do. Your setup and placement measurements stay on record, so a reorder is a message rather than a fresh setup, and it comes out matching what your team already wears. Distance changes nothing about it.
Tell us where it is going and we will quote it delivered
Usually same-business-day replies, Mon–Fri. No minimum order, anywhere in New Zealand.
