Central Auckland
Work uniforms Central Auckland, decorated in Glenfield
Work uniforms Central Auckland businesses actually wear — the polo behind a Ponsonby Road counter, the shirt on a Newmarket front desk, the tee on a Kingsland kitchen crew. The custom uniforms Central Auckland teams order are decorated in one workshop in Glenfield: embroidery stitched in-house, heat transfers pressed in-house, then couriered back down the motorway to your door.
Decorated in Glenfield, couriered to you — Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.

How it works
What a Central Auckland address actually changes
Central Auckland is fifteen minutes from the workshop and that changes less than you would think. We decorate in Glenfield and everything leaves by courier, a Ponsonby address included. There is no shop to visit and no walk-ins — there is genuinely nothing to come to.
Shopfronts, not loading docks
Most orders down here land at a counter with one person on it, so we pack them to be carried in through a front door rather than unloaded off a dock. Tell us the trading name on the awning at quote time — it goes on the label, which matters on a strip where three businesses share a street number.
Close does not mean quicker
Decoration takes about 5–21 working days from artwork approval, and being down the motorway does not shrink it. What proximity does buy you is the last leg: once your order is packed, a Central Auckland delivery is usually next working day.
Small teams, split deliveries
A lot of businesses here run two sites a few streets apart — a Ponsonby shop and a Grey Lynn workroom, say. One quote covers both and we will box them separately so nobody has to redistribute a carton by hand.

Ready to get started?
Most quotes go back the same business day. There is no obligation and no minimum order.
Or call 021 082 12843 — Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.
What happens next
- 1. You send rough numbers and what the team does.
- 2. We come back with garment options and a price per garment, decoration included, usually the same business day.
- 3. Once you go ahead, we confirm logo size and placement in writing before anything goes into production.
What we decorate
Gear for a village strip
The custom workwear Central Auckland businesses reorder is a short and fairly predictable list, and nearly all of it is stock we can get from New Zealand wholesalers inside a week.
Where else we deliver
One workshop, the whole of Auckland
Central Auckland is one of eight Auckland areas we deliver into, and the workshop does not move for any of them. If your team is spread across a couple of suburbs, one quote covers the lot and we will split the delivery.
Questions
What Central Auckland businesses ask us
If yours is not here, ask when you request a quote and you will get a straight answer.
How long does it take?
About 5–21 working days from the moment you approve the artwork — quick for a straight reorder of gear we have already set up, longer for a logo we have not set up yet or a garment we have to bring in. Once the order is packed, a Central Auckland delivery is usually next working day. If you have a fixed date, put it on the quote and we will tell you plainly whether it is achievable rather than you finding out late.
You are fifteen minutes away. Can I call in and collect?
No. The workshop is up the motorway in Glenfield, but it has no shop and no walk-ins, so there is nothing to call in to — a Ponsonby order travels by courier like any other. It arrives at your counter under the trading name on your awning, which is what we put on the label. If you would like to see a garment first, tell us on the quote and we will walk you through the options.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum, and small first orders are common in Central Auckland — a few polos for a studio is a real job. If you think you will grow into a bigger run, ask for both quantities on one quote, because larger runs bring the per-garment figure down. A very small order carries a handling charge, shown on the quote, because the setup takes about as long for one garment as for fifty.
Is this a different service because we are in Central Auckland?
No, and it is worth saying plainly. The work uniforms Central Auckland businesses order run on the same machines, to the same standard, as an order going to Invercargill — the only thing your address changes is the courier leg on the end. What being close genuinely helps with is the last leg of a rush job, because there is no inter-island freight sitting in the middle of it.
We hire seasonally. How do reorders work?
Your setup, placement measurements and garment codes stay on record, so a reorder is a message rather than a fresh setup, and there is no setup fee again on the same gear at the same size. Your logo stays yours; the stitch file we make from it is ours to keep on record. New starters come out matching the people who started two years ago, which is the part that gets hard if you change supplier every time.
Can you brand caps and tote bags for us?
Caps and beanies are embroidered rather than printed — pressing headwear needs a cap press and we do not have one yet, so anything on a curved crown is stitched. Tote bags and canvas take either method depending on the artwork. Send the logo through and we will tell you which one it wants and why.
What moves the price — the garment, the method, how many and the setup — is set out in the uniform pricing guide.
Tell us the street and we will quote it delivered
Usually same-business-day replies, Mon–Fri. No minimum order, no shop to visit.
