Effective from: 1 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website (uniformly.co.nz) is run by Uniformly Limited, trading as Uniformly, based in Glenfield, Auckland. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website: browsing it, reading our guides, and sending us a quote request through the form.
They don't cover:
- Orders. When you accept a quote from us, our Terms of Trade apply to the order. If anything in these terms conflicts with the Terms of Trade, the Terms of Trade apply to anything to do with your order.
- Your personal information. That's covered by our Privacy Policy.
3. Using the site
You're welcome to:
- browse the site and read our guides
- send us a quote request
- share links to our pages
- quote short parts of our content for non-commercial purposes, with credit and a link back
You can't:
- copy our text, guides or photos for commercial use without our written permission
- scrape the site, run automated tools or bots against it or our form, or try to get into the systems behind it
- do anything that interferes with how the site works or with its security
- use the site for anything illegal, misleading or harmful
- give false details when you send us a quote request
4. Files you send us
If you send us a logo, artwork, photos or other files, you're confirming you have the right to use them and to let us use them to reply to you and prepare a quote. Once you place an order, clause 8 of our Terms of Trade covers artwork rights in full.
5. Quotes and pricing
We don't publish prices. Our pricing guide explains how a quote is worked out, but it isn't a price list.
A price only becomes binding once we've sent you a written quote and you've accepted it. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract.
6. Guides and general information
Our guides, and the information on our product and service pages, are general information to help you decide what to order. They aren't professional advice.
In particular, nothing on this site tells you whether a garment meets a safety standard, certification or site requirement, or whether decorating it affects that. Check those against the garment's own certification and your own requirements before you order.
7. Colours and photos
We try to show garments, thread and colours accurately, but screens vary, and what you see here may not match the real thing exactly. If colour matters, ask about a sample when you request a quote.
Some photos on this site are stock photography, used to illustrate garments and settings. They aren't examples of our own work, and they may not show the exact garment you would receive.
8. Brands and trademarks
This site mentions and shows other companies' names and brands, including our suppliers and brands that appear in photos. Those names and logos belong to their owners. Uniformly isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. Our content
The text, guides, graphics, layout and logo on this site belong to Uniformly Limited, or are used with permission. Photos are ours or used under licence.
You can't reproduce any of it commercially without our written permission. Linking to it and sharing it is fine. If you'd like to use something, email us first.
10. Links to other websites
We link to some other websites, such as standards bodies, government agencies and our social media pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, their terms or whether they're available.
11. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but garments, suppliers and processes change, and a page may lag behind. Check anything important with us before you rely on it.
We may change or remove content at any time. The site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, hosting issues or other reasons outside our control, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted access.
12. Our liability
To the extent New Zealand law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using this website, including loss of profit, business or data.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under New Zealand law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Orders are covered by our Terms of Trade, not by these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute about these terms or this site goes to the New Zealand courts or the Disputes Tribunal.
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect. If you keep using the site after a change, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
