Across Auckland
Eight regions, one workshop
We decorate in one workshop in Glenfield and courier to every address in Auckland, from Rodney down to Pukekohe. Being close does not change what we do; it changes how long the last leg takes, and not much else.
Decorated in Glenfield, couriered anywhere — Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.
- Where we are
- One workshop in Glenfield, on the North Shore. Everything is decorated in that one place.
- How it reaches you
- By courier, every time, Auckland included. There is no shop to visit and no walk-ins.
- Methods
- Embroidery stitched in-house; heat transfer and DTF pressed in-house.
- Reorders
- Your logo stays on record, so the third order matches the first.
The full list
Every area we deliver into
Eight areas, one workshop, one courier run. Each has its own page with the suburbs it covers and what tends to get ordered there — and if your team is spread across two of them, one quote still covers the lot.
Wherever it is going
What the address does not change
The courier leg is the only part of this that knows where you are. Everything before it is the same job in the same room.
One price per garment
A price per garment with the decoration already in it, per size run. Not a garment cost and a branding cost for you to add together.
Placement confirmed in writing
Logo size and position go back to you in writing after you order, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
Your setup stays on record
A reorder of the same gear at the same logo size never pays setup again. Caps stitch differently and need their own.
One contact, one courier
One person quotes the job, decorates it and sends it. Everything leaves by courier, whether it is going to Albany or Warkworth.
Which method suits depends on your artwork and the fabric, not on your address or the quantity. Embroidery is stitched in-house on our own machines, and the default on polos, work shirts and jackets, and printing is heat transfer and DTF, pressed in-house on our own heat press — the transfers themselves are printed by a trusted partner.
Two ways to start
Tell us where it is going
Send the garments, rough numbers and your logo. Most quotes go back the same business day.
Or call 021 082 12843 — Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.
What happens next
- 1. You send rough numbers and what the team does.
- 2. We come back with garment options and a price per garment, decoration included, usually the same business day.
- 3. Once you go ahead, we confirm logo size and placement in writing before anything goes into production.
Questions
What people ask before they order
If yours is not here, ask when you request a quote and you will get a straight answer.
How long does an order take, and does my area change it?
About 5 to 21 working days from the moment you approve the artwork, and your area does not move that figure. A straight reorder of gear we have already set up sits at the short end; a logo we have not set up yet, on a garment we have to bring in, sits at the long end. What your address does change is the last leg — most of Auckland is next working day once the parcel leaves us, and rural Rodney adds a day. Quote replies are usually the same business day, Monday to Friday, which is a different clock from production.
Can I pick my order up, or drop garments in?
No — there is no shop to visit and no walk-ins. There is genuinely nothing to come to, and everything goes out by courier including orders headed one suburb away. If you are sending us your own garments, courier them and we will handle it from there.
Which page should I start on if my suburb is not named?
Pick the area closest to you — the pages are a way of finding the right starting point, not a service boundary. Every one of them reaches the same workshop and the same quote form, so starting on the wrong one costs you nothing. If you are outside Auckland altogether, start at our nationwide page instead.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. One embroidered polo for a new hire is a real order and so is three hundred for a site. Larger runs bring the per-unit figure down, so if you are deciding between kitting everyone out now or in batches, ask for both on one quote and compare them. A very small order does carry a handling charge, shown on your quote, because the setup work is the same for one garment as it is for fifty.
What does the setup fee cover?
Turning your logo into a stitch file, charged once if we do not already have one for your logo at that size. One file runs across flat garments at the same logo size, so polos and jackets share it; caps are stitched on a curved, seamed crown from the centre out and need their own. A much larger logo needs its own file too, because it is not just the same stitching enlarged.
We have staff in two or three parts of Auckland. Can that be one order?
Yes, and it is common. One quote covers the lot and the same logo runs across the flat garments at the same size, so everything matches whichever site it ends up on. Tell us the split at quote time and we will box it by destination rather than sending one carton to be broken up and driven around.
Tell us where it is going and we will quote it delivered
Usually same-business-day replies, Mon–Fri. No minimum order, no shop to visit.
