Uniformly — custom uniforms and branded workwear, Auckland

Rodney

Branded apparel Rodney, decorated in Glenfield

Branded apparel Rodney businesses actually put on staff — the polo on a Warkworth trade counter, the shirt at a Matakana cellar door, the tee on a Helensville install crew. The work uniforms Rodney teams reorder are stitched and pressed in one Glenfield workshop with no shop and no walk-ins, then couriered north to you. Rodney is the longest courier leg in Auckland, and we would rather say so than let you find out at the deadline.

Decorated in Glenfield, couriered north — Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.

How it works

What a Rodney address actually changes

Rodney is the one Auckland area where "does my address matter?" gets a straight yes — not for the decorating, which is identical, but for the last leg. The custom uniforms Rodney businesses order run on the same machines, to the same timeline and at the same price as a job going to Takapuna. What changes is that the courier usually wants an extra day to reach Warkworth, Wellsford or a rural delivery number, and it is better to build that into the plan than to discover it on the Friday.

Two ways to start

Ready to get started?

Most quotes go back the same business day. There is no obligation and no minimum order.

Or call 021 082 12843 — Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.

What happens next

  1. 1. You send rough numbers and what the team does.
  2. 2. We come back with garment options and a price per garment, decoration included, usually the same business day.
  3. 3. Once you go ahead, we confirm logo size and placement in writing before anything goes into production.

What we decorate

Gear for the yards, the vineyards and the counters

The custom workwear Rodney businesses reorder is a broader list than most Auckland areas, because the district runs on trades, horticulture and hospitality at the same time — and nearly all of it is stock we can get from New Zealand wholesalers inside a week.

Where else we deliver

One workshop, the whole of Auckland

Rodney is one of eight Auckland areas we deliver into, and it is the one where the map is least use — the district runs from Puhoi to the Kaipara and takes in more ground than several of the others together. If your team is split between a Warkworth base and a site further south, one quote covers the lot and we will split the delivery.

Questions

What Rodney businesses ask us

If yours is not here, ask when you request a quote and you will get a straight answer.

How long does an order take to reach Rodney?

Decoration takes about 5 to 21 working days from the moment you approve the artwork, and your address does not move that figure — a straight reorder of gear we have already set up sits at the short end, a logo we have not set up yet on a garment we have to bring in sits at the long end. The Rodney difference is the courier leg after that: most of Auckland is next working day, rural Rodney usually adds one, and a rural delivery number can add more. Quote replies are usually the same business day, Monday to Friday, which is a different clock again.

Can I pick the order up on my way through Glenfield?

No, and not because of where you are. The workshop is on the North Shore with no shop, no counter and no collection point, so there is genuinely nothing to call in to — that is the same answer a customer in Warkworth, Takapuna or Christchurch gets. Everything leaves by courier to the address on the order.

Do you deliver to rural delivery addresses out here?

Yes, RD numbers included, and a rural address is worth flagging when you request the quote rather than later — it changes the freight line and sometimes the day. What we will not do is promise a delivery date for the rural leg, because that part is the courier network rather than us. You get a firm dispatch date and an honest steer on the rest.

We are spread across the district — can one order go to two places?

Yes. Plenty of Rodney businesses run a base in one town and a crew somewhere else entirely, so a split delivery is normal rather than a favour. One quote, one set of artwork approvals, two or more delivery addresses on the same job. Tell us the split when you send the sizes and it goes on the quote as its own line.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One shirt or three hundred, and larger runs get better per-unit pricing for the obvious reason. A very small order does carry a handling charge, which is shown on your quote — the setup work is the same for one garment as it is for fifty, so that is the honest way to price it rather than pretending the difference is not there.

If we reorder next season, do we pay setup again?

Not for the same gear. Setup only applies if we have not already set your logo up at that size. One setup covers your garments at the same logo size, so your polos and jackets share it; a business shirt's lighter fabric usually needs its own, caps stitch differently and need their own, and a much larger logo needs its own because it is not just the same stitching enlarged. A straight reorder of gear we have already run never pays it again.

Send us the sizes and we will quote it delivered to the gate

Usually same-business-day replies, Mon–Fri. No minimum order, no shop to visit.
